We service all of the local Mobile area, lower Alabama, southern Mississippi, and the Florida Gulf Coast areas.


For us, we have no "ideal" customer. We service a variety of groups, from those that are quite young to the ones that are a little bit older too. Fun is made for all and that is what we are here to provide.


Q: Do I need to put a deposit down for the booking?

A: Yes, a deposit is required to secure every rental.

Q: Are there any charges other than the flat rate you advertise?

A: No, there are no taxes or other fees in addition to the flat rate we advertise. We do not add in gratuity to the top of your package either. If you choose to tip the driver that is great but is not required.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?

A: No, once a deposit has been made and a timeslot reserved for your group, we cannot book rentals for other customers. Therefore, we do require a nonrefundable deposit to book services

Q: How do I pay my balance?

A: Balances can be paid by check, money order, or credit card, but must be submitted at least (7) seven days prior to rental date. Balances paid via credit card will incur a 4% transaction fee. Balances can also be paid, in cash, to the driver upon pick up.


Q: Do your buses have bathrooms? 

A: None of our buses have bathrooms, but we're certainly willing to make a rest stop for you.

Q: Can we bring our own music?

A: Absolutely. We have auxiliary hookups on our buses provided for you. You may bring your devices or CD’s to be used.

Q: Are there dance poles on the bus?

A: Yes, all of our buses are equipped with dance poles.

Q: Does the bus have air conditioning/heat?

A: Yes, all of our buses have both heating and air.


Q: Can we smoke on the buses? 

A: All of our vehicles are non smoking in order to keep the vehicles smelling and looking as fresh as possible for all renters. Thanks for understanding!

Q: Do we need to bring our own drinks?

A: Yes. All alcoholic beverages must be supplied yourselves. It's BYOB. We are not legally allowed to do so, so if you would like to drink on the bus, be sure to bring your own with you.

Q: Are we allowed to bring food on board?

A:  Absolutely. Just keep it clean. Any clean up by us may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.


Q: Can I decorate the bus?

A: We do allow decorations. However, limitations may apply. You are welcome to decorate the bus when it arrives at your initial pick up, but no earlier. We also ask that you use painters tape and string, no staples, tape, or glue that will leave behind marks or damage to the interior of the bus.

Q: What if the bus is late?

A: We make every effort to be on time. Sometimes due to traffic and other circumstances not in our control, the bus could be a little late. Your time will be extended to compensate.

Q: Can we keep the bus longer than intended?

A: Of course! We want you to enjoy yourself and have a great time! If you’re not ready to end your night, speak with your driver about extending your rental. Additional hours can be added onto your existing rental.

Q: Can the bus just drive us around or do we have to  have a destination?

A: The bus can be used as you like.

Q: What if people under 21 are found to be drinking on the bus?

A: The rental will be immediately terminated, no refund will be issued.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS listed within this contract must be followed by everyone on the bus, at all times. No Exceptions! Violations will result in the immediate termination of the trip, with no refunds. The contracted Renter is responsible for all guests over the duration of the rental period; whether on the bus or off. The Cheese Wagon Party Bus will not be held liable for anything that passengers do or bring with them. This includes, but is not limited to, before passenger pick-up, while passengers are on board the vehicle, or after passenger drop-off. The Cheese Wagon Party Bus reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of any of the contracted requests and/or rules.

To make your time with us an enjoyable one, we ask for your cooperation with the following:


The person signing this contract must be 21 years of age or older. Valid identification must be provided prior to boarding the bus. If the bus rental is to be for a minor, this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian. The contracted Renter is responsible for all passenger activities on board and off the bus. Renter is also responsible for providing a chaperone for the passengers or signing the Underage Non-Chaperone portion of this contract.


Our local rates are posted on our website, but can change at anytime. Rates may increase or decrease depending upon rental season. Rentals begin immediately at your scheduled pick-up time. The Cheese Wagon Party Bus is not responsible for a Renter or their passengers being late for scheduled pick-up. Rentals end upon the last drop-off.


A deposit is required to secure your bus reservation. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE. Some rentals will be charged a cancellation fee in lieu of a deposit. By oral confirmation of your booking, you are agreeing to these terms.


Full payment must be made, in cash only, prior to boarding the bus at the beginning of your rental. Payment that is made by check, credit card, or money order must be received at least 7 days prior to your event date. No personal or business checks will be accepted as payment on the rental day without prior approval. We do charge a 4% transaction fee for balances paid, after the deposit.


Going beyond your allotted time will result in overage charges at our regular rate of $150-$250 an hour. We cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. Please discuss with our of fice or your driver if wish to continue your trip beyond the scheduled time so that we may ensure this slot is open. Additionally, extra charges will be incurred for rentals going beyond their allowed mileage radius.


Once a reservation is held for a specific date, we must turn down other potential clients for this day. Therefore, we expect that you will commit to the reservation booked. Immediately following the oral or online confirmation of your booking, this reservation is deemed contractual. Rentals can be cancelled at any time, up until ten (10) days prior to the scheduled rental day, but you will lose your deposit as it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations cancelled ten (10) to one (1) day(s) prior to the scheduled rental day will be responsible for 50% of the entire cost of the rental. Reservations cancelled the day of the rental day, or the 24 hour period prior to, will be subject to the full amount due on the rental. A Renter who fails to show up at the designated pick-up location without informing our of fice and/or driver will also be liable for the full amount of the contracted rental. Renter understands that the credit card used to secure the rental will be charged for any of the above amounts, plus a 4% transaction fee. Renter also understands that, should for any reason we are unable to collect cancellation fees and have to pursue collections; legal fees, court costs, and any other fees associated will be added.


The Cheese Wagon Party Bus shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pick-up and drop-off information, and/or any situation beyond our control. Since The Cheese Wagon Party Bus offers high-tech-equipped vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all power-operated equipment might be subject to temporary failure. This will, of course, not interfere with the safety of the vehicle itself and therefore will have no effect on the continuing or paying of the contracted trip. The Cheese Wagon Party Bus guarantees, that all of our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible. The Cheese Wagon Party Bus reserves the right to provide an equivalent, or better type of, vehicle than that contracted, at the same rate as originally reserved by the renter; applying the same terms and conditions of this contract.


• No smoking is permitted on the bus. This includes e-cigarettes and/or hookah-pipes/pens.

• No glitter tubes, loose glitter, or excessive body glitter.

• No Jell-O shots, gummy bears, gum, etc.

• No Styrofoam or damaged coolers will be allowed.

• No fighting will be tolerated. No weapons. No uncontrollable or abusive behavior.

• No silly string. No shaving cream.

• No over intoxication by anyone (i.e. sick, passed out).

• No fireworks.

• No changing of stereo settings.

• No hanging out windows, tampering with emergency exits-windows-hatches, or sitting on seat backs.

• No hanging on or from, swinging or flipping from, or performing gymnastics from upper handrails.

• No sexual activity.


The contracted Renter will be responsible for all damages incurred during their rental. If there are damages to the bus or excessive cleanup is required, a charge will be made to the credit card on file for the reservation. Damage assessment will be determined upon the cleaning of the vehicle; which can be a few days after the rental has passed depending on the next scheduled rental. It is the Renter's responsibility to confirm that no previous damages are present prior to the start of their rental and no damages, graffiti, etc. is left behind by passengers.


The Cheese Wagon will strictly enforce and maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U. S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is found on board a vehicle, even in negligible quantities without the drivers’ knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are expressively enforcing this policy. Therefore, no person will bring contraband on board any vehicle that is owned and operated by The Cheese Wagon Party Bus. Anyone consuming alcohol while on board the bus must be 21 years of age or older. No alcohol will be allowed on the bus during any school event, i.e., Prom, Homecoming, regardless of age. If alcohol is found to be present during school events, trip will be immediately terminated, with no refund!


The Cheese Wagon Party Bus strictly enforces the following policies and procedures for all minor party rentals, such as, but not limited to, Homecomings, Proms, or any other school sponsored event. Buses must be rented by a parent or legal guardian. Said renter must be present at the time of party pick-up. All purses, bags, back packs, or any other containers will be subject to search or denied entry by the renter and/or driver prior to departure. No exceptions. All stops must be written on an itinerary by the renter prior to bus departure. There will be no stops or unauthorized pick-ups of any kind without renter’s prior approval. This is for the safety of all passengers to make certain no mischievous activities occur. Individuals who were not on the original departure list will not be allowed on the bus at any time. No exceptions, without renter’s prior approval and the name of individual being picked up. School officials will have absolute power to board our vehicles at any time during the rental.


The Cheese Wagon Party Bus reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above requests. This includes, but is not limited to obeying driver request. Renter agrees that employees of The Cheese Wagon Party Bus have the right to search any and every bag/belonging brought on board its vehicles for illegal substances. Additionally, The Cheese Wagon Party Bus or its drivers have every right to terminate this or any other contract if we believe that the rules and procedures held within this contract are not being followed. If any cancellation occurs due to noncompliance, Renter acknowledges that they are still responsible for the contracted full amount due for rental and that no refunds will be given due to terminations that result from violations and/or noncompliance.


The Cheese Wagon Party Bus recommends that all and any personal values be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles. Items left behind by passengers that are found upon inspection of the bus will go into our Lost and Found until a person makes contact with our office about said item. It is solely the owner of the property's responsibility to retrieve the item. Items can be picked up by appointment only or mailed for a fee.
